175 Calories

Ingredients:

- a quarter of an avocado, sliced

- Philadelphia cream cheese

- whole grain bread

- spinach leaves

This is what I make for lunch some days when I feel like putting more effort into packing food for school (not that this takes much more effort at all. On those lazy days I just mix a bunch of random veggies together and call it a salad.) It’s a pretty tasty vegetarian sammich, I’d say. Got the idea after eating avocado cheese rolls at some suchi place along Commercial Drive c:

Working hard, cutting back, no difference made. Well, it has only been 4 days. So much to lose, so little time before the photoshoot! AH! It’s so hard to just lose weight and not gain a noticeable amount of muscle too… Ugh.

About as tight as I could get my corset alone. Lacing a corset is a 2 person job. I wish I were thinner.. And corsets won’t help my arms, God damn.
