My vegetarian sammich:

Ingredients:
- a quarter of an avocado, sliced
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- whole grain bread
- spinach leaves
This is what I make for lunch some days when I feel like putting more effort into packing food for school (not that this takes much more effort at all. On those lazy days I just mix a bunch of random veggies together and call it a salad.) It’s a pretty tasty vegetarian sammich, I’d say. Got the idea after eating avocado cheese rolls at some suchi place along Commercial Drive c:
